Job Purpose: Your role as HR Advisor will be to address HR-related queries from employees and leaders, ensuring their interactions with HR result in a positive experience.
Job Description:
- Handle inquiries about HR policies and procedures, understand needs, explore options, seek solutions, and collaborate with HR colleagues to resolve issues.
- Work closely with warehouse site managers to support benefits, policies, procedures, and address workplace concerns, ensuring a fair environment and resolving misconduct appropriately.
- Utilize Workday and ServiceNow for HR management tasks.
- Guide and train employees and managers on HR systems and service delivery models.
- Support HR cycle activities such as onboarding, performance management, job moves, and exits.
- Maintain the accuracy and compliance of HR documentation, including employee records, policies, and audits, to mitigate legal and compliance risks.
Person Specifications: We seek a passionate individual dedicated to delivering excellent employee experiences, with empathy and a proactive approach to employee queries. Required skills and experience include:
- Deep knowledge of UK labour laws and HR principles, practices, and legal compliance.
- Experience resolving employee relations issues.
