We are a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand, live for just two years and already generating eight-figure revenue in the U.S. market. Creative is our primary growth engine, and we operate exactly at the intersection of performance marketing and storytelling. We are looking for an E-commerce CRO Specialist with strong Copywriting capabilities to take full ownership of our site’s conversion rates. This is a hands-on role that bridges the gap between data, consumer psychology, and precision copywriting—with a direct impact on revenue.

You will be responsible for running end-to-end A/B tests, building high-converting funnels, creating landing and sales pages, and refining messaging while working closely with our Creative, Dev, and Design teams.

What Will You Do?

You will be the architect of the entire purchasing experience—from the moment a customer clicks an ad until they receive the "Thank You" email. Your goal is to optimize Conversion Rates (CR), increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Lifetime Value (LTV), and build new pages and funnels for our store.

  • CRO & Analytics (Optimization)
    • Manage the A/B Testing Roadmap: Test offers, headlines, creatives, buttons, and page structures to continuously improve performance.
    • Post-Purchase Strategy: Build smart Upsell and Cross-sell flows (e.g., "Sold a whiskey glass? Offer a smoker at checkout") to maximize LTV.
    • Data Analysis: Identify "leaks in the bucket" via analytics and implement fixes to boost the Conversion Rate.
  • Offer Strategy & Packaging
    • Build Irresistible Offers: Turn products into "No-Brainer Deals." Utilize Bundles, Gifts with Purchase (GWP), and Tiered Pricing to spike AOV and profitability.
    • Unit Economics: Balance customer appeal with business logic—building offers that look amazing to the customer while maintaining healthy margins for the brand.
  • Direct Response Copywriting
    • High-Converting Copy: Write persuasive copy (leveraging AI or copywriters where needed) for the entire funnel: Sales Pages, Product Display Pages (PDPs), Advertorials/Listicles, and Hero Pages.
    • Marketing Angles: Adapt messaging for holidays (Black Friday, Valentine’s, Father’s Day, etc.) and new launches, while addressing real-time purchasing objections.
  • Funnel Building & Design (Hands-on)
    • Page Implementation: Build landing pages and product pages using advanced Page Builders (strong emphasis on Replo).
    • Shopify Management: Manage the Shopify Theme, improve UX, and integrate external apps.
    • Visual Design: Design pages (independently or with designers) that convey luxury, credibility, and trust.

Requirements

  • DTC/E-commerce Experience (Must): At least 2 years of proven experience building and optimizing funnels for brands selling physical products. A portfolio is required.
  • High-Level English: Exceptional marketing writing skills (Copywriting) tailored specifically for the US/Australian markets.
  • Shopify Ecosystem Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of the platform, themes, and conversion apps.
  • Page Builder Expertise: Proficiency in builders such as Replo, Shogun, or GemPages.
  • Business & Analytical Mindset: You aren't just "creative"—you understand numbers. You know how to calculate CR and AOV and analyze test results.

Advantages

  • Design skills (Figma/Canva).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
