Madson Black Ltd is seeking an experienced Metalworker / Fabricator to join our specialist workshop team in Bicester, Oxfordshire. We design, manufacture, restore and install bespoke chandeliers, architectural lighting and decorative metalwork for some of the world’s most prestigious private residences, royal palaces, luxury hotels and heritage buildings. This is not production-line fabrication. The role involves working on highly detailed one-off pieces in brass, bronze, stainless steel and other specialist materials, ranging from heritage restoration to contemporary lighting commissions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong fabrication and hand-finishing skills
  • Experience with TIG welding and precision metalwork
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Pride in craftsmanship and quality
  • The ability to work independently and within a small highly skilled team
  • Experience within luxury fabrication, lighting, furniture, yacht, architectural or heritage sectors would be advantageous
