Due to company growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor to join our client, a reputable Facilities Maintenance company. Covering the Northwest and West Midlands, the Electrical Qualified Supervisor will work as part of the company’s compliance team to effectively ensure and improve compliance across the company’s Electrical services and support engineers working within their commercial facilities portfolios. Job details: * Work as part of the company’s compliance team to supervise and support all electrical engineers responsible for maintaining electrical systems in commercial facilities, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and to high standards. * Assist in planning by providing advice to help them allocate tasks, ensuring engineers meet deadlines for routine maintenance, repairs, and testing within commercial properties. * This role will serve as the point of contact for the company’s ECA accreditation and oversee internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Reporting directly to the Technical Services Manager, you will provide national coverage and play a pivotal role in ensuring the company‘s reputation remains synonymous with quality and professionalism. Qualifications / Experience: * Minimum on 3-5 years of experience in Electrical maintenance within commercial facilities, such as office buildings, retail centres, or industrial sites. * Experience in working with ECA accreditation or similar industry bodies. * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance (essential). * 18th Edition (essential). * City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395: Inspection, Testing, and Certification of Electrical Installations (essential). * ECS Gold Card (desirable). * Facilities Maintenance Training: Experience or qualifications related to facilities management and building systems (desirable). * AM2: Achievement Measurement 2 (AM2) qualification or equivalent (desirable). * Valid UK driver’s licence (essential). * Must be willing to travel across the Northwest and West Midlands (essential). What’s on offer: * Salary: £45,000 * Shift: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm (40 hours per week) * Pension scheme – 5.7% er / 3.3% ee * Holiday allowance – 31 days (inc statutory) * Provided is a company vehicle (for work and personal use), fuel card, iPhone, tablet and full uniform * Job security Please note: All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
