Madisons is one of the UK's fastest-growing in-person coaching brands and we are hiring a content creator to document the journey, shape the story, and bring our brand to life across every platform. You won't just be filming workouts and posting reels. You'll be working directly with our founder to:
- Build a founder-led brand that actually stands out
- Create high-quality and visually appealing content (photos, videos, graphics) for our social media platforms
- Launch and lead a new YouTube docu-series called Behind the Brand
- Capture moments that matter: client wins, behind-the-scenes stories, real business growth
- Create scroll-stopping video content across Instagram and YouTube Shorts
- Showcase key individuals within the business through regular video content
- Design assets for entire campaigns - from landing pages to launch videos, email banners to in-gym screen posters
- Shape how the Madisons brand feels - everywhere our name shows up
This is a hands-on role, at the heart of a brand with serious momentum.
Requirements
We are looking for a creator. A self-starter. A storyteller. A future creative director in the making. This role is for someone who is:
- Skilled in videography, editing, and visual design
- Obsessed with Instagram, Reels, and short-form video trends
- Able to film, edit, and publish content fast (hook-first, thumb-stopping, platform-native)
- Confident working with cameras (even if it’s an iPhone)
- Hungry to be around high-performers, founders, and coaches who think big
- Excited by entrepreneurship, branding, performance, and fitness
- Committed to becoming world-class in their craft and building a brand they’re proud of
Bonus points if you:
