We’re looking for an experienced Personal Trainer to join our coaching team at Madisons.
This is not a traditional gym‑floor role.
Every session is coach‑led, every member follows a structured programme, and every coach plays an important role in helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident.
Requirements
Essential
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ full‑time experience coaching small‑group personal training within a coach‑led fitness business
- Confident leading groups of 4‑6 members
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- High standards of professionalism and attention to detail
- Genuine passion for helping people achieve long‑term results
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship offered)
Desirable
- First Aid qualification
- Experience working within a premium personal training or boutique fitness environment
- Experience coaching clients of varying ages, abilities and training backgrounds

As a Personal Trainer you will
