Who We Are

Madisons is one of the UK's leading coach-led fitness businesses, built on a simple belief: exceptional coaching changes lives. We are not a gym that simply provides access to equipment. As we prepare to open our next location and enter the next phase of growth, we are looking for ambitious individuals who want to join a team that takes coaching seriously and build a long-term career within an expanding business.

Our Philosophy

We're not looking for finished coaches. We're looking for people with the right attitude. Knowledge can be taught. Experience can be gained. Qualifications can be earned. Character is much harder to develop. The people who succeed at Madisons are coachable, hard-working, positive, humble and committed to continuous improvement.
