MINCKA Coffee is looking for a full-time Prep Chef to take charge of our small but mighty kitchen. This is a hands-on, solo-chef role. Perfect for someone with solid kitchen experience who loves being organised, working independently, and takes genuine pride in their prep.
We\’re not a restaurant kitchen. There\’s no ticket machine, no à la carte service. Instead, our menu is all about quality grab-and-go food – think toasted sourdough toasted sandwhiches, focaccia melts, yoghurt & granola pots, acai bowls, and smoothies – all prepped fresh using top-notch ingredients.
You\’ll be part of a tight-knit team who care deeply about doing things well, treating each other with respect, and delivering something special every day.
Requirements
- At least 2 years\’ experience in a professional kitchen
- Confident working solo and handling the full morning prep routine
- Skilled with food prep, basic cooking, and stock control
- Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
