As a Barista at MINCKA, you\’ll be the face of what we stand for: world-class coffee, warm welcomes, and effortless service. You\’ll play a vital role in making every guest feel seen, and every coffee feel special. You\’re the first hello, the calm in the rush, and the reason people come back day after day.
We\’re serious about coffee, fast service, and creating a daily ritual our guests look forward to. You\’ll craft consistently great coffee, deliver genuine hospitality, and take pride in the small details that make MINCKA different.
This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced service, brings great energy to the team, and never cuts corners. Our shifts run Monday to Friday (06:00 – 16:30), Saturdays (06:30 – 15:30), and Sundays (07:00 – 15:30).
Requirements
We\’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in fast-paced coffee shops or hospitality venues (specialty coffee experience preferred but not essential)
- Delivers exceptional hospitality – you see guests as people, not transactions
- Can dial in espresso, pour clean milk, and work with speed and precision – or is willing to learn with hunger
- Keeps their station clean, calm, and organised, even during the busiest hours
- Can hold the standard – from customer experience to product consistency
- Communicates well with their team, works with urgency, and stays upbeat under pressure
- Takes feedback, wants to improve, and enjoys working in a tight-knit, high-standard team
- Shows up with consistency, energy, and care – every shift
