Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Senior Site Manager on a temporary 12-month contract located in Lincoln Town Centre
You will be joining a team on site contributing to the very start of a new build residential project.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team with effective delegation.
- Oversee subcontractors commencing on site.
- Manage full crane package setup on site.
- Be a hands-on candidate.
- Ensure site management experience (SMSTS) is demonstrated.
- Supervise and motivate site teams, including subcontractors and tradespeople, to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and issues.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure effective and safe work execution.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare regular reports on project progress and document any issues or delays.
Requirements
- SMSTS certification.
- Minimum 3-day first aid course.
