Residential Site Manager

Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a High-End, Residential Site Manager on a permanent basis for a client of ours located in Rochdale.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire development process, from concept to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of high-end residential construction, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage complex projects with precision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development of bespoke luxury properties from inception to delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure impeccable quality and design.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Source and select premium materials and finishes that meet the highest standards of luxury living.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision and expectations are exceeded.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to incorporate the latest advancements in luxury home design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-end residential development or luxury property construction.
• A strong network of industry contacts, including architects, designers, and suppliers.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple developments simultaneously.
• An eye for detail and a passion for excellence in craftsmanship and design.
• Strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of planning regulations, building codes, and construction best practices.
