We are currently working with a rapidly growing construction company in Hertfordshire seeking a skilled and reliable Multi Trader/General Builder to join our their expanding team. Our clients portfolio of works primarily include loft conversions, domestic extensions, refurbishments, and new builds. Successful applicants must have the ability to work well with others and the abiity to direct and run a small team of trades as this role could potentially lead to a position as a working foreman. Main duties include: Carry out a range of tasks, to include β basic carpentry, groundworks, landscaping and general building work. Fabricate and assemble components as needed, adhering to quality standards. Maintain a valid driving license to transport tools and materials to sites. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Key requirements: Successful applicants will have a minimum of 3 years experience and hold either a City and Guilds/NVQ2 or equivalent.
