Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to start with a client of our ASAP

Our client are a dedicated social housing maintenance company committed to providing safe, well-maintained homes for our residents. You will be joining the office team contributing with general office admin, data entry, invoicing, operations works and anything else needed on the day.The ideal candidate will have experience in finance-related admin tasks and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process and record supplier and contractor invoices
  • Assist with financial tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems (e.g. job tracking, property information)
  • Coordinate with contractors and internal teams on job scheduling and updates
  • Maintain digital and paper-based filing systems
  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks such as job logs, purchase orders, and timesheets
  • Respond to internal and external queries professionally and promptly

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in property maintenance, housing, or finance
  • Solid understanding of basic finance processes (e.g. invoicing, reconciliation)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with finance or job management software
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
  • In office 3 days a week (24 hours a week)
