Salary: £33,280–£37,440 (depending on experience)
We're looking for an experienced Personal Trainer to join our coaching team. This isn't a traditional gym‑floor role. Every session is coach‑led, every member follows a structured programme, and every coach plays an important role in helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident.
We're specifically looking for someone with at least two years' full‑time experience coaching small‑group personal training sessions (typically 4–6 clients) within a coach‑led fitness business. You should be confident leading engaging sessions, building lasting relationships with members, and delivering consistently exceptional coaching experiences.
We're entering one of the most exciting periods in our history. As Madisons prepares to open future locations, we're looking for exceptional coaches who want to grow with the business. Today's Coach could become tomorrow's Senior Coach, Head Coach or General Manager as we continue to expand. If you're looking for more than just your next coaching job, this is an opportunity to build a long‑term career within an ambitious, coach‑led business.
Who We Are
Madisons is a premium coach‑led personal training business built on a simple belief: exceptional coaching changes lives. We don't simply provide access to equipment. Our members invest in expert coaching, accountability and long‑term results. Every session is led by a coach. Every member follows a structured training journey. Every interaction matters.
For more than a decade, we've built a reputation for delivering outstanding coaching, exceptional member experiences and measurable results. Today, hundreds of members trust Madisons as part of their weekly routine, and we're continuing to grow. We're relentless about standards. Every coach receives weekly education, regular coaching observations, personalised feedback and ongoing mentorship because we believe exceptional coaches never stop improving.
Our Philosophy
We believe coaching is a profession, not just a job. The best coaches combine technical knowledge with empathy, energy, professionalism and an unwavering commitment to helping people improve. We're looking for coaches who already possess strong coaching foundations and want to continue mastering their craft alongside a team that shares the same ambition.
You’ll thrive at Madisons if you:
- Love coaching people, not just counting reps.
- Take pride in delivering exceptional member experiences.
- Build meaningful relationships with members.
- Welcome feedback and actively seek improvement.
- Hold yourself and your teammates to high standards.
- Bring energy, professionalism and positivity to every session.
We don't expect perfection, but we do expect ownership, humility and a genuine desire to become better every week.
