Madison Reign Recruitment is currently recruiting for a reliable School Minibus Driver / Cover Supervisor to work within a welcoming Secondary School in the London Borough of Southwark. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for someone with a D1 licence who enjoys working in a school environment and wants a stable role with consistent hours.
The Role
This is a varied role combining student transport and school support duties.
Daily Schedule
- 7:00am – 8:30am: Student minibus pick-ups
- 8:30am – 3:30pm: Supporting the school as a Cover Supervisor (supervising classes and assisting staff)
- 3:30pm – 5:30pm: Student minibus drop-offs
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate the school minibus transporting students to and from school
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students at all times
- Provide classroom cover supervision when teachers are absent
- Support school staff and maintain a professional environment
- Represent the school in a professional and responsible manner
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence with D1 entitlement (essential)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
- Experience Driving Minibuses Or Transporting Passengers Preferred
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Confident working with secondary school students
