Madison Reign is currently recruiting for a passionate and qualified Beauty Tutor to join a thriving education and training provider delivering City & Guilds qualifications to learners across study programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Beauty professional with a passion for education, learner development, and helping students progress into successful careers within the Hair & Beauty industry.
The successful candidate will deliver:
- Introduction to the Hair & Beauty Sector – Level 1 Certificate
- Nail & Beauty Therapy programmes
- Personal & Social Development sessions
- Employability and learner support activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and schemes of work
- Differentiating learning to support all learner abilities
- Deliver both group teaching and 1:1 learner support
- Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records
- Prepare learners for assessments and successful outcomes
- Promote safeguarding, Prevent and learner wellbeing
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Support learners with literacy, numeracy and ICT development
- Maintain high achievement and pass rates
Requirements:
- Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy
- PTLLS / CTLLS qualification (or equivalent)
- DTLLS / Cert Ed / PGCE desirable
- GCSE English & Maths Grade C/4 or above
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Experience delivering vocational training or tutoring
- Passionate about learner progression and education
