Madison Reign is currently recruiting for a passionate and motivated Health & Social Care Tutor to join a growing education and training provider supporting learners in further education programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring educator who is passionate about helping young people develop the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to progress into employment, further education and independent adulthood.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging Health & Social Care lessons to learners aged 16–24, including students with additional learning needs and EHCPs.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging Health & Social Care lessons
- Create schemes of work and differentiated learning resources
- Support learners working at Entry Level 3 and Level 1
- Track learner progress and maintain accurate records
- Conduct learner reviews and set SMART targets
- Provide 1:1 learner support where required
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Promote safeguarding, Prevent and learner wellbeing
- Prepare learners for assessments and portfolio completion
- Work closely with Learning Support Assistants and safeguarding teams
- Maintain high learner achievement and pass rates
- Level 3 or above qualification in Health & Social Care
- PTLLS / CTLLS / DTLLS / PGCE or equivalent desirable
- Assessor qualification preferred
- GCSE English & Maths Grade 4/C or above
- Experience teaching or tutoring Health & Social Care
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for supporting vulnerable learners and SEND students
- Knowledge of safeguarding and Prevent responsibilities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
