Reprographics Technician – Secondary School – Haringey Location: Haringey, North London Position: Reprographics Technician Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Daily Rate: £90 – £115 per day Madison Reign is currently recruiting for a reliable, organised and experienced Reprographics Technician to join a welcoming secondary school based in the London Borough of Haringey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong reprographics, IT and administrative skills who is looking to work within a busy school environment. You will play an important role in supporting teachers and other school staff by ensuring high-quality educational resources and materials are produced accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities * Operate and maintain reprographics equipment, including printers, photocopiers, scanners, laminators and binding machines * Produce high-quality teaching materials, worksheets, examination papers, booklets and other school documents * Manage and prioritise printing and reprographics requests from teaching and administrative staff * Ensure materials are produced accurately and within required deadlines * Monitor stock levels of paper, toner, ink and other reprographics supplies * Assist with ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels * Carry out basic troubleshooting of printers, photocopiers and other equipment * Liaise with staff regarding printing requirements and document formatting * Maintain a clean, organised and efficient reprographics area * Provide additional administrative support to the school when required The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within reprographics, printing, administration or a similar role. Previous experience working within a school or educational environment would be highly desirable. You should also have: * Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office * Experience using printers, photocopiers and other reprographics equipment * Excellent attention to detail * Strong organisational and time-management skills * The ability to prioritise a busy workload * Good communication and interpersonal skills * A professional, reliable and proactive approach * The ability to work independently as well as part of a wider school team Why Work with Madison Reign?
