Madison Reign is working in partnership with a large, mainstream secondary school in Southwark. The school is seeking a proactive and dedicated Pastoral Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a long-term role starting ASAP, with a two-day paid trial and strong potential to continue until July 2028.
Role: Pastoral Assistant
Location: Southwark, South East London
Pay: £15 – £17 per hour
Start: ASAP
Contract: Long term (July 2028 +)
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting teaching and pastoral staff across the school
- Covering classes when required
- Providing 1:1 student support and intervention
- Overseeing student attendance and absence follow-ups
- Booking meetings and appointments with parents and staff
- Completing administrative tasks related to pastoral care

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pastoral Assistant or Cover Supervisor

- Able to reliably commute to Southwark
This role is subject to:
