We’re seeking a Clinical Team Leader – Occupational Therapy to provide leadership and operational support within a dynamic Allied Health team. You’ll coordinate day‑to‑day team activities, support staff development, and contribute across leadership, clinical practice, and service improvement. This role combines a hands‑on clinical case load with team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily team operations and capacity
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and staff support
  • Deliver clinical leadership and expert advice

About You:

  • NZ Registered Occupational Therapist with current APC (or eligible for registration)
  • Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
