We are seeking a Hotel Asset Management Analyst to support the performance monitoring and value enhancement of a diverse hotel portfolio. Based in London, this role is primarily asset-management focused, with a strong emphasis on reporting, investment tracking, and performance analysis. Financial modelling will be required on a limited basis. The position is ideal for a numbers-driven, detail-oriented individual who is highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and commercially minded.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset management support across a portfolio of hotel assets
- Preparation of regular asset performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintenance of investment trackers covering capex, returns, and key KPIs
- Analysis of operating performance (STR, budgets, forecasts, and actuals)
- Support with financial modelling, cash flow analysis, and scenario reviews
- Assistance with annual budgets, business plans, and operator reviews
- Production of high-quality PowerPoint presentations for management and investors
- Collaboration with asset managers, operators, and advisors
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, ideally in hotel asset management, real estate, or hospitality consulting
- Strong analytical and numerical capability
- Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint presentation ability
- Solid understanding of hotel financial statements and performance metrics
- Highly organised, detail-focused, proactive, and reliable
