What You’ll Do
- Demonstrate and champion a high performance DevX culture and practices, exerting technical influence throughout your team and the wider company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Product teams to align deployment pipelines with organizational goals.
- Contribute to a culture where automation, tooling and documentation is the norm.
- Deploy and manage containerised applications onto our AWS Lambda and AWS Fargate serverless stack.
- Integrate system monitoring and security best practices throughout the SDLC.
Qualifications
- Professional experience with at least two of the following programming languages - NodeJS, Golang, Python, Java.
- Experience with IaC tools including Terraform.
- Strong understanding of EKS (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Observability frameworks and providers, particularly Grafana and Loki.
- Strong understanding of security best practices affecting the SDLC.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills being able to explain complex platform concepts to both engineers and business users.

Work Environment
We offer a mix of remote and hybrid working. Remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Hybrid work is required for employees local to our offices.
