Madison Hunt is partnered with a leading mega fund to hire an experienced Associate for their Hybrid Investment team in London. The team specialises in providing flexible capital solutions—including senior debt, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity—across a diverse range of sectors focused on driving the transition to a sustainable future. Their investment strategy covers several verticals including Energy Transition, Industrial Decarbonization, Sustainable Mobility, Sustainable Resource Use and Sustainable Real Estate.
Backed by a significant pool of capital, and an active investment mandate, the Associate will be involved in deal execution, structuring, and portfolio management, working alongside experienced investors in a growing platform.
Interested candidates will:
- Currently be sitting as an Associate within a relevant sector coverage team of an investment bank, investment manager, or infrastructure fund
- Have a strong understanding of the infrastructure and energy transition sectors, with a proven track record in debt structuring and execution
- Possess excellent financial modelling skills, including the ability to build models from scratch
- Hold a degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related discipline from a top-tier university
- Fluency in another European language is beneficial but not required
