Madison Hunt is partnered with one of Europe’s longest-established infrastructure investors to support the hiring of Associates for its London-based investment team. The platform manages approximately €25bn of capital across core and value-add infrastructure strategies, with offices spanning multiple major European financial hubs. The team invests on a pan-European basis across:
- Transport (rail, airports, rolling stock, stations/retail)
- Power & Utilities
- Digital Infrastructure
The strategy focuses primarily on middle market to upper middle market assets, typically pursuing control or majority positions. The firm is currently investing from its largest fund to date (€4bn, fourth vintage), focused on pan-European opportunities. In parallel, a new Infrastructure Debt Fund has been launched to support the platform’s continued growth and broaden its capital solutions offering.
The team is hiring multiple Associates, with flexibility around near-term start dates. The role offers:
- Hands-on exposure across transaction execution and portfolio management
- Direct interaction with senior investors
- Full lifecycle investment experience from origination through exit
Candidate Profile
- 1.5–4 years’ experience in Investment Banking and/or Private Equity
- Infrastructure, energy, utilities, transport, or related sector exposure
