Madison Hunt is working with a leading European infrastructure investor to hire an Associate into its London/Paris team. The platform manages ~€30bn+ AUM and invests across energy, digital, transport and social infrastructure. Typical equity tickets range from €100m to €500m, with the ability to scale larger on flagship transactions. The strategy is focused on core and core+ infrastructure, with an emphasis on operational, cash generative assets and strong downside protection. This translates into consistent deal flow across large, high quality assets.
The team is lean, offering early responsibility and exposure across both execution and portfolio work, within a well established and respected European platform.
The role
You will work on live transactions across Europe, supporting execution from origination through to closing. This includes financial modelling, commercial analysis, due diligence and investment committee materials. You will also gain exposure to portfolio assets and ongoing value creation.
Profile
- 3-5 years of experience within investment banking background with strong deal experience across infrastructure, energy or closely related areas
- High level of technical ability across modelling and execution
- Clear communicator, comfortable working in a lean team
- European language skills are useful but not required.
