This is an opportunity to join a lean, growing team with significant exposure to portfolio companies, senior stakeholders, and a broad range of value-creation initiatives.

Responsibilities will include:

- Supporting business planning, budgeting, and ongoing performance monitoring
- Analysing financial and operational performance to identify value-creation opportunities
- Supporting strategic initiatives including bolt-on acquisitions, refinancing, and capital allocation
- Reviewing financial statements, contracts, and commercial agreements to inform asset strategy
- Working directly with portfolio company management teams and supporting key strategic workstreams
- Preparing materials for internal investment discussions, board meetings, and investor reporting
- Contributing to broader portfolio and firm-wide initiatives, including cross-functional projects and analysis

We are seeking a high-performing, numerically strong individual with a genuine interest in infrastructure and asset management, alongside the ambition to take on increasing responsibility over time. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years’ experience in a relevant environment, including Big 4 or mid-market accounting, infrastructure or energy investing, investment banking, or corporate development
- Strong foundations in financial modelling and valuations, ideally including DCF-based analysis
- Experience working with financial statements and translating financial data into commercial insights
- Exposure to management-facing environments or broader stakeholder interaction
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with strong ownership and attention to accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
- A genuine interest in infrastructure investing and value creation
An ACA or equivalent qualification is viewed favourably. European language skills would also be beneficial, but are not essential.

- Take increasing ownership of individual assets and value-creation initiatives
- Work within a collaborative, high-performance environment with a strong focus on development and learning
