- Meeting & Event Support: Organise internal and external meetings, agendas, and action tracking. Assist with office-based events and socials, including catering and setup.
- Correspondence & Documentation: Draft and format emails, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Ensure all documents are professionally prepared and filed.
- Office Administration: Handle incoming/outgoing post, manage couriers, keys, lockers, and general supplies. Process expenses and raise invoice paperwork as required. Monitor and replenish consumables and stationery stock.
- Facilities Support: Liaise with external contractors and suppliers (cleaning, plant maintenance, etc.). Oversee building access cards, lighting, cleanliness, and daily workplace standards. Coordinate with the on-site maintenance team to manage faults and repairs.
- Health & Safety: Conduct fire safety inductions, manage the fire logbook and alarm tests. Schedule fire extinguisher checks and maintain first aid kits/training compliance. Ensure all statutory compliance documentation is current and recorded.
- Project & Ad Hoc Support: Lead or assist on small projects and workplace initiatives as required.
- Internal Communication: Screen calls and messages, and act as a key point of contact across departments.
