We’re partnering with a highly regarded real estate investment management firm seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join their growing team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced business at an exciting stage of growth, supporting hiring activity across a diverse range of corporate and investment functions.
Role Summary: As part of the wider People team, you will support the delivery of recruitment activity across the business, helping to attract, engage and coordinate top talent. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external candidates, you’ll play an important role in ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process from initial engagement through to onboarding. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities within a dynamic professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions
- Coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings and managing candidate communications
- Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Supporting direct sourcing and talent mapping activity across LinkedIn and other platforms
- Managing recruitment systems, job postings and candidate tracking processes
- Working with external agencies where required and supporting supplier management
- Assisting with reporting, recruitment data and market insights
- Supporting employer branding and wider talent acquisition initiatives
Person Specification:
- 2–5 years’ experience within Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment or Recruitment Consultancy
- Experience within financial services, real estate, professional services or investment environments preferred
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong Microsoft Office and LinkedIn sourcing capability
