Job Title: Social Impact & Charities Executive
Location: London, hybrid with site travel as required
Job Type: Part time, 9 month fixed term contract, 3 days per week (prorated from Β£40000)
Our client is a London based real estate investment manager with a strong commitment to community engagement and social value. We are seeking a Social Impact and Charities Executive to support the delivery of a flagship community investment programme focused on education, employability, and youth development.
Reporting to the ESG Analyst, this role will coordinate charity partnerships, social impact events, reporting, and governance activity. It is well suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and motivated by purpose driven work.
Key Responsibilities
Charity Partnerships and Events
- Act as the main point of contact for charity partners, ensuring partnership agreements and annual activity plans are in place.
- Oversee the delivery of social impact initiatives including volunteering days, careers talks, site visits, and community events.
- Engage colleagues, clients, and supply chain partners to encourage participation.
- Identify opportunities to connect charity beneficiaries with employment and career pathways.
Governance and Reporting
- Support the Social Impact Foundation Sub Committee, including agendas, minutes, and actions.
- Track and collate quarterly social impact data, contributing to half year and full year reporting.
- Work with the Marketing team to promote social impact activity across digital channels.
- Manage ad hoc charitable donations, including due diligence and payment administration. Support wider ESG and community investment reporting activity.
What Weβre Looking For
- Experience in charity, CSR, social value, or community engagement roles.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and projects.
- Confident, self motivated, and collaborative, with a genuine passion for social impact.
- Comfortable working in a corporate environment and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pro rata.
