Role Summary: We’re partnered with a privately backed Real Estate business going through an exciting growth phase and now looking to hire a Property Compliance & Onboarding Manager to take ownership of bringing newly acquired residential assets fully compliant, organised, and operationally ready. This is a hands-on role where you’ll sit at the heart of the portfolio, ensuring everything from documentation and tenancy records to licensing and compliance is accurate, audit-ready, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding of new assets, ensuring all compliance documentation is complete (FRA, EICR, EPC, gas safety, HMO licences)
- Review and manage tenancy data, ensuring accuracy and full audit readiness
- Oversee HMO licensing, planning documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Own document management across systems (SharePoint), maintaining clean and structured records
- Track compliance, risks, and progress across the portfolio
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive processes forward
- Continuously improve systems, workflows, and compliance processes as the portfolio scales
Experience, Skills and Competencies:
- 3–7 years’ experience within residential property, PBSA or HMO environments
- Strong knowledge of property compliance and tenancy documentation
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive
- Confident managing stakeholders and driving actions forward
- Experience with systems such as SharePoint (Tableau/Deepki a bonus)
