Our client is a team of property advisors focused on the office, living, industrial, and portfolio investment markets.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Personal Assistant to support senior managers and equity partners across the business.
This is a varied, fast-paced role that combines high-level PA and administrative support with front-of-house, compliance, and office management responsibilities.
You’ll work closely with a team of experienced PAs, supporting the wider business across Asset Management
Key Responsibilities
- Diary & Travel Coordination
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
- Provide full administrative support to senior stakeholders and equity partners.
- Meeting & Event Support
- Cover the Office & Living Team PA role on Fridays.
- Format and circulate the fortnightly team meeting presentation.
- Organise internal and external meetings, agendas, catering, and socials.
- Correspondence & Documentation
- Draft and format emails, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in researching living property transactions (e. g., Rightmove data).
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure documents are professionally presented.
- Office Administration
- Manage meeting rooms, greet guests, and provide refreshments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, couriers, subscriptions, and office supplies.
- Process expenses and raise invoice paperwork as required.
- Take ownership of around five key office subscriptions.
- Compliance Support
- Help maintain accurate records to meet regulatory requirements.
- Facilities Support
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to maintain a high standard office environment.
- Oversee building access, lighting, cleanliness, and day-to-day workplace standards.
- Health & Safety
- Support fire safety and first aid compliance including inductions, logs, and maintenance checks.
- Projects & Ad Hoc Support
- Lead or assist on small projects, workplace initiatives, and internal communications.
- Update the company website’s media wall and assist with marketing materials.
- What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in a PA, Team Assistant, or business support role.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Power Point.
- Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment.
