We’re partnering with a well-established and growing business seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO during a key period of transition and growth. Role Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide comprehensive, proactive, and highly organised executive support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.
This role requires a hands-on, solutions-focused approach, combining exceptional organisational skills with strong stakeholder management and the ability to operate with discretion at all times.
You will be a trusted gatekeeper and right-hand support, managing priorities, coordinating communications, and helping drive efficiency across the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing full EA support to the CEO, including complex diary management and scheduling across multiple priorities
- Acting as a key point of contact, managing internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, briefing materials and follow-ups to ensure efficient decision-making
- Managing travel arrangements, itineraries and logistics
- Supporting with board and senior leadership meetings, including preparation of papers and documentation
- Screening and prioritising enquiries, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimised and protected
- Liaising with senior stakeholders across the business and externally
- Assisting with projects, reporting, and ad hoc business initiatives
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion across all matters
- Driving improvements in administrative processes and efficiency
Person Specification
- Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence working with senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong MS Office skills; experience with scheduling and collaboration tools preferred
- A flexible, adaptable approach with a “no task too small” mindset
