We’re hiring an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead the UK marketing function for a major pan-European logistics real estate platform. Working in close partnership with the UK&I Managing Director and under the guidance of the Group Head of Marketing, this is a strategic and hands-on role with direct commercial impact—focused on driving lead generation, brand awareness, and leasing performance. You’ll oversee a small team, align marketing efforts with business KPIs, and take ownership of campaigns across property marketing, customer engagement, and broker outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team (2 direct reports), providing strategic and operational guidance.
- Collaborate with regional teams across seven UK regions to support local initiatives.
- Own lead generation performance and integrate Salesforce into daily marketing ops.
- Manage marketing KPIs and drive measurable impact on occupancy and leasing.
Brand Awareness & Communications
- Elevate brand visibility across UK commercial real estate audiences, including brokers and occupiers.
- Build presence across trade media and social platforms (especially LinkedIn).
- Coordinate a UK event calendar and execute targeted comms (e.g. PR, website content, social).
Property Marketing
- Ensure comprehensive marketing of all available space via digital and third-party channels.
- Create bespoke campaigns for priority vacancies and developments.
- Drive broker engagement through digital strategy and email campaigns (Salesforce Account Engagement).
- Adapt the wider customer strategy to the UK market, supporting retention and upsell.
- Execute customer comms via email marketing tools and lead on satisfaction surveys (e.g. NPS).
Content & Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency while localising materials for UK use.
- Oversee content development for brochures, websites, and welcome packs.
- Keep UK marketing assets updated across all digital touchpoints.
Performance & Budget Management
- Manage UK marketing budgets across corporate and asset-specific activity.
- Report on marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness through Salesforce dashboards.
