Overview
Recruitment Consultant – Corporate Functions based in London. This role leads the finance recruitment pipeline and reports to the Director. You will develop strategic recruitment plans, deliver high-quality talent, and help expand our client base in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Create and execute recruitment strategies to fuel growth in the real estate sector; identify new business opportunities; stay up to date with market trends to refine recruitment strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture client relationships with tailored recruitment solutions; deliver exceptional recruitment services; provide market insights and strategic advice on talent acquisition.
- Recruitment Operations: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle; implement best practices; monitor and evaluate performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Business Development: Lead initiatives to grow the finance recruitment division; develop marketing strategies to attract clients and candidates; represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
