We're partnering with a well-established flexible workspace operator seeking a Sales Manager to oversee commercial performance across two London locations. Role Summary:
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue and client engagement across the London portfolio. This role blends hands-on sales execution with team leadership and stakeholder management, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry through to renewal. You will work closely with brokers, agents and internal teams, combining commercial acumen with a strong service mindset to maximise retention and enhance member experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and brings a proactive, relationship-led approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound and outbound sales activity, including membership agreements and renewals
- Driving occupancy and pricing strategy in collaboration with agents, brokers and direct clients
- Leading and coordinating external leasing agents, including enquiries, negotiations and deal progression
- Hosting and conducting on-site viewings, tours and broker-focused sales events
- Overseeing day-to-day sales operations across multiple locations
- Building strong relationships with brokers and maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape
- Collaborating with operations and member experience teams to support retention and client satisfaction
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance against targets and business plans
- Managing availability and listings across relevant broker and marketing platforms
- Providing regular updates and insights on pipeline activity, performance and market trends
Person Specification:
- Proven experience within sales, leasing or business development (coworking, flex office, hospitality or similar sectors preferred)
- Strong client relationship skills with experience engaging diverse business occupiers
- Solid understanding of sales processes, forecasting and performance reporting
- Experience using CRM systems and broker platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tally Workspace, VTS/Valve or similar) advantageous
- Proactive, energetic and hands-on approach to achieving targets
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Commercial mindset with a strong customer experience focus
- Exposure to AI-driven tools for forecasting or sales analysis is desirable
