We’re partnered with a privately backed Real Estate business going through an exciting growth phase, now looking to hire a Mobilisation Manager to support their expanding residential portfolio. This role will focus on the mobilisation of new assets (Student co-living & HMOs) and ensuring full compliance across the portfolio, a great opportunity to step into a high-impact, visible position within a scaling business.
- Lead mobilisation of new properties (HMOs) from inception to go-live
- Ensure all licensing, HMO, Health & Safety and regulatory requirements are met
- Manage compliance frameworks, audits, inspections and documentation
- Work closely with local authorities and external advisors
- Support reporting, budgeting and compliance tracking
Experience in Student Accommodation or HMO environments
Strong knowledge of property compliance and licensing
Proven track record in mobilising new assets or portfolios
Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple projects
