Our client, a leading property development company, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO.
Role Summary: This role will suit an enthusiastic and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and CFO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to gain valuable experience working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full executive support to the CEO and CFO, including diary management, meeting coordination and acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper.
- Prepare presentations, correspondence and briefing notes in line with brand guidelines.
- Compile and circulate papers for Management Committee meetings and produce accurate formal minutes.
- Manage executive budgets, process invoices, raise purchase orders and oversee corporate expenses.
- Arrange business travel and support the organisation of internal and external events, including dinners and ticketed events.
- Coordinate management off-sites, town halls and external networking events, including guest lists and invitations.
- Send all-staff communications on behalf of the CEO and CFO.
- Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls and correspondence, and ensure messages are relayed appropriately.
- Conduct research on relevant topics and companies as required.
- Provide ad hoc support to the wider leadership team and cover for other EAs/PAs when necessary.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience supporting at Executive level, ideally within Real Estate.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency across Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent written English with strong attention to detail.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Confident communicating at all levels and building strong working relationships.
- Highly organised, flexible and able to work under pressure.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
