Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Head of Customer and a small team of Viewing Agents to ensure company lettings targets are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Be hands-on - attending viewings yourself, even at short notice, to ensure every opportunity is maximised.
  • Follow up with all potential Guardians post-viewing, turning priority prospects into confirmed Guardians and driving lettings success.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all Guardian enquiries via phone and email, managing the lettings inbox and delivering a lively, engaging, and personable experience that makes every person feel welcomed and excited to join the company community.
  • Proactively fill viewing slots by calling new applicants, prioritising those with high suitability scores and those ready to move quickly.
  • Liaise with an outsourced administrative team responsible for managing Guardian onboarding, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for every new Guardian.
  • Maintain the Lettings Deal Pipeline in HubSpot, keeping it accurate and up-to-date across all stages of the lead-to-onboarding process.
