Role Summary
As Lettings Manager, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company’s lettings success, driving new business, converting leads, and exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities
- Lettings: Work with the Head of Customer and a small team of Viewing Agents to ensure company lettings targets are consistently met and exceeded. Be hands-on - attending viewings yourself, even at short notice, to ensure every opportunity is maximised. Follow up with all potential Guardians post-viewing, turning priority prospects into confirmed Guardians and driving lettings success.
- Lead Nurturing and Management: Act as the first point of contact for all Guardian enquiries via phone and email, managing the lettings inbox and delivering a lively, engaging, and personable experience that makes every person feel welcomed and excited to join the company community. Proactively fill viewing slots by calling new applicants, prioritising those with high suitability scores and those ready to move quickly.
- Guardian Onboarding: Liaise with an outsourced administrative team responsible for managing Guardian onboarding, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for every new Guardian. Maintain the Lettings Deal Pipeline in HubSpot, keeping it accurate and up-to-date across all stages of the lead-to-onboarding process.
