We are partnering with a leading property development firm looking to hire a highly organised and ambitious Junior Executive Assistant to support two Senior Executive Directors. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to build their career within a fast-paced, high-performing commercial property environment.

Role Summary: Supporting two senior leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their schedules and priorities. This is a varied position requiring strong organisational skills, discretion, and the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complex diary management and meeting coordination
  • Travel arrangements (UK and international)
  • Preparing meeting packs, presentations and briefing documents
  • Inbox management and drafting correspondence
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including minute-taking where required
  • Processing expenses and supporting light financial administration
  • Assisting with project coordination and ad-hoc projects with internal cross functional departments
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners

Experience and Skills:

  • 1–6 years’ experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role, ideally within Real Estate, Investment Management or Private Equity
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with professional written and verbal skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and eager to learn
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
