We’re working with a leading property asset management firm looking to bring on an Executive Assistant to support their senior leadership team at an exciting stage of growth.

Role Summary:

This is a pivotal position at the heart of the business, supporting the Managing Director, Finance Director and wider Senior Leadership Team. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly, managing busy schedules, coordinating meetings and ensuring priorities stay on track. You’ll be someone who enjoys being one step ahead, confident handling multiple stakeholders, and comfortable working with sensitive information in a professional and discreet manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex diaries and calendars for senior leadership
  • Coordinating meetings, events and logistics (including liaising with internal teams)
  • Preparing agendas, board packs and taking accurate meeting minutes
  • Drafting and editing correspondence, presentations and documents
  • Tracking actions, projects and deadlines to ensure smooth delivery
  • Acting as a key point of contact between leadership, staff and external stakeholders
  • Supporting expenses, purchase orders and general administrative processes
  • Assisting with reporting and data preparation across finance and property teams

Person Specification:

  • 2–5 years’ experience as a Team PA or Executive Assistant supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Ideally some exposure to real estate, property or a related sector
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable style
  • A team player who enjoys being part of a collaborative, high-performing culture
