Company Overview

Operating quietly at the intersection of community and commerce, this UK-based real estate investment trust specialises in essential-led retail that remains relevant through changing market cycles. It offers employees the chance to work behind the scenes on places that genuinely matter.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and technically capable Data & Reporting Analyst to join the Strategy & Investment team at a pivotal moment in the company’s data journey. This newly created role is part of a broader move to bring data capabilities in-house, reducing reliance on external consultancies and building a centralised, scalable reporting infrastructure. You’ll work across departments to design dashboards, integrate diverse data sources, and deliver insights that drive both day-to-day decisions and long-term strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Reporting

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards across capex, asset performance, credit risk, and strategic KPIs.
  • Standardise and manage data inputs from systems such as Yardi, OnePower, and other internal platforms into a central data lake.
  • Produce structured outputs and data matrices used for Board reports, investor updates, and ExCo presentations.

Collaboration & Integration

  • Work closely with the Finance, Asset Management, and Strategy teams to define and align reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline data pipelines and eliminate information silos.
  • Partner with IT to ensure data solutions are secure, scalable, and future-ready.

Platform & Accessibility

  • Contribute to the design of an internal portal that brings together financial, operational, and site-specific data in one accessible location.
  • Make complex information intuitive and usable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7-10 years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Yardi is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence engaging with stakeholders across departments and seniority levels.
  • A mindset geared toward simplification, standardisation, and long-term scalability.
