- Produce structured outputs and data matrices used for Board reports, investor updates, and ExCo presentations.
Collaboration & Integration
- Work closely with the Finance, Asset Management, and Strategy teams to define and align reporting needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline data pipelines and eliminate information silos.
- Partner with IT to ensure data solutions are secure, scalable, and future-ready.
Platform & Accessibility
- Contribute to the design of an internal portal that brings together financial, operational, and site-specific data in one accessible location.
- Make complex information intuitive and usable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
What You’ll Bring
- 7-10 years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Yardi is highly desirable.
