Our client is launching an exciting new residential hospitality development, comprising 378 premium serviced apartments within a prestigious private estate. We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Sales Coordinator to support on site sales operations and play a key role in driving revenue and securing new business. This role is integral to commercial performance, acting as a key point of contact for prospective residents and corporate clients. The Sales Coordinator will deliver high quality sales communication, manage enquiries with pace and accuracy, and ensure strong conversion from lead through to booking. As part of a newly launched development, this position offers genuine growth potential and the opportunity to influence and shape the future sales operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales enquiries promptly, qualifying opportunities to maximise conversion.
- Ensure all meeting room enquiries are actioned on the same day wherever possible, or within a strict 24 hour turnaround.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat and future bookings.
- Deliver engaging site tours for prospective corporate clients and bookers to secure commitment.
- Identify and proactively approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Represent the new development at trade shows, familiarisation trips, and customer events to build brand awareness.
- Develop strong relationships within the local business community to expand the customer base and uncover new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate group, relocation, and corporate bookings from proposal through to confirmation, ensuring positive commercial outcomes.
- Prepare internal briefing materials for VIP arrivals to support account satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Operations and Performance
- Drive exceptional sales service delivery aligned with brand standards and key performance indicators.
- Implement effective sales techniques and structured follow up processes to maximise enquiry to conversion performance.
- Support the Sales Manager in delivering the Annual Sales Plan.
- Assist with RFP submissions, account retention activity, and sales presentations.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures, sales templates, and efficiencies to enhance commercial performance.
- Work closely with Operations and Front of House teams to ensure a seamless client journey and protect service excellence.
- Provide management with insights on customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for new products or services.
What Weβre Looking For
- Proven experience in hotel sales or reservations, ideally within the aparthotel or serviced accommodation sector.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident and persuasive communicator with a high standard of written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated experience in sales activations and effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong selling capability with a good understanding of reservations and revenue management.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, site based environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems.
- Knowledge of property management systems is desirable, with full training provided where required.
- Familiarity with GDS and RFP processes is advantageous.
- A proactive, personable team player who builds strong relationships with ease.
- Right to work in the UK is required.
