The Role
They are seeking a commercially minded Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join their in-house legal team. This is a broad role offering exposure across commercial real estate transactions, development projects, asset management, property disputes and commercial contracting matters. Working closely with the business, you will provide practical legal support across a varied property portfolio and play a key role in the management of real estate legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Real Estate Transactions & Development
- Provide legal expertise on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and corporate transactions.
- Support property development projects across the portfolio.
- Draft, negotiate and review transaction documentation.
- Advise on a range of commercial property matters affecting the business.
- Leasing & Asset Management
- Draft, negotiate and review commercial leases.
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters.
- Support the ongoing management of a diverse property portfolio.
- Help ensure legal risks are appropriately managed across property assets.

- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 4+ years' PQE.
