We are looking for a skilled Corporate Banker with a strong background in middle-market relationship management and corporate finance, who is interested in making a transition into the growing Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) space. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in corporate banking or similar fields, to expand their expertise into M&A and ESOP advisory, supported by our expert team. You will provide comprehensive financial solutions to middle-market clients while gaining hands-on experience in M&A and ESOP advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with middle-market corporate clients, providing tailored advice on a wide range of corporate finance services, including M&A, ESOPs, and lending solutions.
  • Transition to ESOPs: Take advantage of internal resources and mentorship to transition into ESOP advisory, learning how to structure, finance, and execute ESOP transactions for corporate clients.
  • M&A Advisory: Lead or support M&A transactions by providing insights on deal structuring, company valuations, and transaction execution. Work on complex corporate finance deals while learning how ESOPs can complement M&A strategies.
  • Corporate Banking Services: Offer a broad suite of corporate banking solutions, including capital markets, lending, and treasury management, ensuring that clients have access to comprehensive financial products tailored to their needs.
  • Transaction Support: Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of corporate finance transactions, including M&A and ESOP deals, working closely with internal and external advisors to ensure seamless execution.
