The role:

Our General Managers lead our on-property teams, overseeing the smooth running of the day-to-day operations in the hotel and managing ongoing profitability. You will be part of the team based at our Staybridge Suites – Brighton.

• Setting and achieving revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
• Managing budgets, controlling expenditure and overseeing major events.
• Recruiting, training and managing hotel employees.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and licensing laws, as well as maintaining property and amenities.
• Continuously improving business operations through standard procedures, maximizing revenue and monitoring employee performance.
