We’re hiring a Senior Sales Associate to join our flagship Docklands office – our highest-performing branch, with a thriving portfolio and constant flow of high-value instructions. This is a chance to fast-track your career and be part of a driven, dynamic team that consistently outperforms the market.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a broad portfolio of premium Docklands properties
  • Handling applicant enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating sales, managing offers, and securing the best outcomes for sellers
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and buyers
  • Selling financial service and legal referrals
  • Playing a key role in driving new business through referrals and local canvassing

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a property role
  • Highly motivated and commercially minded
  • Confident communicator and sharp negotiator
  • Organised and detail-oriented under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

What You’ll Get

  • Basic Salary: £25,000 per annum
  • OTE: £50,000+ (uncapped)
  • Car Allowance: £2,400 per annum
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Saturdays, 10am–4pm on rotation (5-day working week)
  • Holiday: 20 days, plus bank holidays and your birthday off. We also close for Christmas.
  • Extras: Regular team events, company pension, and structured progression pathway
