Creating highly ethical and collaborative property partnerships.Madison Brook is growing its public‐sector Housing and Construction offering, working with local authorities and public‐sector partners to unlock and deliver housing and regeneration opportunities.
This is a growth role within the Public Partnerships team, focused on identifying, developing and securing new opportunities across housing and construction. You will play a key role in building and converting a pipeline of work, supporting partnerships from early engagement through to secured programmes and delivery.
The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic partnerships and the full lifecycle of public‐sector opportunities, from initial identification through to mobilisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline & Opportunity Development
Identify and track public‐sector opportunities across housing, regeneration and construction
Monitor frameworks, procurements and market activity
Maintain and develop a structured pipeline of opportunities
Support the progression of opportunities from early stage through to submission and award
Client & Partner Engagement
Support the development of relationships with local authorities and public‐sector organisations
Attend and contribute to meetings with clients and partners alongside senior team members
Maintain clear and consistent engagement records
Support the development of key account and partnership plans
Bid & Proposal Delivery
Work closely with the Bid Writer to coordinate submissions
Gather and manage inputs from internal teams
Contribute to bid strategy, positioning and overall approach
Support the development of clear, well‐structured proposal content
Opportunity Shaping & Delivery Support
Work with construction, delivery and finance teams to help shape viable opportunities
Support commercial thinking and programme development
Assist in transitioning successful bids into delivery and mobilisation
Experience & Skills
Experience in a business‐development, bidding or opportunity‐focused role
Exposure to housing, construction or public‐sector environments
An understanding of public‐sector procurement and frameworks
Experience managing or supporting opportunity pipelines
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Clear communication and confidence engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders
Commercial awareness and an interest in developing viable opportunities
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, OTE £75,000 per annum
Team‐based six‐monthly performance bonus
