A London-based real estate investment, development and operating platform specialising in UK and European logistics and industrial assets is seeking to appoint a Senior Asset Manager. The firm manages a substantial portfolio backed by leading institutional capital partners and operates with a lean, high-performing team.
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for a designated UK logistics and industrial portfolio. This role requires a market-connected asset manager with strong knowledge of UK logistics leasing dynamics, rental tone, lease structures and occupier demand. The individual will play a key role in executing business plans, shaping underwriting assumptions and driving value creation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead asset management of a UK logistics and industrial portfolio
- Develop and implement property-level and portfolio business plans
- Drive leasing strategy and lead tenant negotiations, renewals and restructurings
- Provide informed input on underwriting rents, ERVs, rental growth and exit yields
- Identify and execute value creation initiatives (re-gears, refurbishments, repositioning)
- Oversee budgets, performance monitoring and reporting
- Support acquisitions, refinancing processes and investor reporting
- Manage third-party property managers and leasing agents
- Circa 4–7 years’ commercial real estate experience
- Minimum 3 years in asset management, ideally UK logistics/industrial
- Strong understanding of leasing markets, underwriting and value creation
- Solid financial modelling capability
- Experience working with institutional capital and lenders
- Commercially driven with strong execution skills
